Welcome Party transportation information:
Where: please meet the bus outside of Hotel Kansas Side on the 13th Street entrance.
When: a bus will begin transporting guests to the Welcome Party starting at 7:30PM. Buses will continue throughout the evening, with the final bus leaving the Welcome Party at 10:30PM.

Wedding transportation information:
Where: please meet the bus outside of Hotel Kansas Side on the 13th Street entrance.
When: two buses will be providing transportation, with the first bus to begin transporting guests to the Wedding Ceremony starting at 3:45PM. Immediately following the ceremony, the buses will transport guests back to Hotel Kansas City
